Blood Pressure Monitoring Watch

A new wristwatch with a built-in blood pressure monitor has been developed by Healthstats and tested by Hewlett-Packard. The device is able to monitor blood pressure and vital signs continuously, therefore providing physicians with a more accurate picture of the patient’s health. The watch keeps a sensor in close contact with an artery in the wrist to detect blood pressure.
