Sweat Sensors to Detect Low Blood Sugar Levels


University of Oslo and National Hospital of Norway researchers have been working to develop a non-invasive method of detecting low blood glucose levels via sweat sensors. The sensors, which detect for changes in sweat patterns that indicate low levels of blood glucose may soon be sensitive and accurate enough for daily use by diabetic and other patients.
