Puttone device for unilateral paralysis

The Puttone device from Chiba University Graduate School and Faculty of Engineering may become a new rehabilitation tool for patients with unilateral paralysis.  The device contains sensors to detect the direction and angle an object is pointed and based on that, emits a specific sound.  By attaching the Puttone device to everyday items, the system may be able to help patients with unilateral paralysis practice specific movements.
